Q. What time is check in?

A. Check in begins at 4pm daily.

Q. Where do I check in?

A. Right at the door to your room! Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a text message from us with your room number and a unique key code. That code will unlock your door and alert us to your arrival. Nothing to do but drop your bags and relax, we’ll take care of the rest.

Q. Can I check in at the front desk if I want to?

A. The Brentwood Hotel utilizes a virtual front desk. Check in is conducted via email and text message through which all pertinent information will be provided.

Q. What if I plan to arrive before 4pm?

A. Early check in cannot be guaranteed. If you do plan to arrive early, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate. If you need to arrive earlier than 1pm, please consider booking the night prior — contact us for details.

Q. Where can I park?

A. Each room comes with one, unassigned, complimentary parking space. If you are traveling with a group and plan to have multiple vehicles, please contact us for additional parking instructions.

A. Check out time is 11am daily.

A. Simply send us a text message us to let us know that you’ve hit the road.

Q. Can I request a late check out?

A. Late check out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If available, late check outs will incur an additional fee of $25 per hour. Check outs of 1:00pm or later will be subject to a full day charge.

Q. Can I borrow a bike?

A. Yes! We have four custom Linus bicycles available for complimentary guest use. When you’re ready to head out, please text “BIKE WAIVER” for instructions. Please note that bikes are seasonal and not available at all times. Please note bikes are only for use during the spring and summer season.

Q. Do you have free wifi?

A. Yes. During your stay, the network info and wifi password are available in our guest services app. Please send us a text if you have any trouble connecting. The guest wifi password is: backstretch

Q. Is there coffee?

A. Each room features delicious instant coffee from Sightglass Coffee, iced coffee from Touchy Coffee, and a selection of hot tea curated by Saratoga Tea & Honey Co. All items are available for purchase and resupply is available by request.

Q. Is there housekeeping?

A. In the interest of allowing you the most privacy possible, and for the health and safety of our guests and staff, daily housekeeping service and extra amenities are by request only. Please text us to make arrangements.

Q. Do you have conference room or meeting space?

A. No, we do not have an on-premise conference room. For guests in search of a larger work space or conference room, office space is available to rent daily at the Worker's Club Saratoga, conveniently located downtown. Tell them we sent you!

Q. Can I book out the entire property for a special event?

A. Of course! We love to host large groups. Please reach out to reservations@brentwood-hotel.com to discuss how we can best plan and accommodate for your group.

Pets

Q. Is the Brentwood Hotel pet friendly?

A. No. Unfortunately The Brentwood Hotel is not pet friendly.

Q. Can I bring my Service Dog even though the hotel is not pet friendly?

A. Yes! The Brentwood Hotel is happy to accept your Service Dog. Please let us know that your Service Dog will be joining you during your check in process.

Please note that Emotional Support Animals are NOT considered Service Animals and will NOT be accepted.

Q. What happens if I bring my pet anyway?

A. If we find any pets on property that are not Service Animals and are not registered at the time of check in, you will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee and will be asked to vacate the property without refund.

Q. Does the Brentwood have quiet hours?

A. Yes, we ask that you respectfully observe quiet hours of 12:00am to 6:00am.

Q. Do you allow smoking or vaping on property?

A. The Brentwood is a smoke-free and vape-free facility. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public spaces. Smoking or vaping in guest rooms will trigger the fire alarms throughout the property. If evidence of smoking in guest rooms or designated non-smoking areas is detected, a $300 fee will be added to your bill.

Q. Where can I dispose of trash?

A. Trash can be disposed of in designated bins located behind the building. Head past room 4, and through the back gate. Please text us for assistance if necessary.

A. The bar is currently closed for the winter season. We look forward to serving you again in the Spring of 2025.

Q. Can I use the fire pit?

A. Our Fire Pit is currently closed for the year and will reopen in 2025

Q. What about s'mores?

A. We are fully stocked with s’more stuff year-round, with roasting sticks and ingredients available for pick up at the bar. Please note that this will not be offered during the seasons that the bar is closed.
